Returns & Refund Policy

Our return policy allows you to request a return within 14 days of receiving your item. If you return an item after this time , you will receive a credit note instead.

To be eligible for a return the item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unused , with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide the proof of purchase.

Make sure to include your name and order number in the return. 

Please note the customer is responsible for the return postage cost in order for us to keep our prices low. 

Do inspect items immediately, if you receive a defective, damaged or incorrect item, please contact us so we can put this right for you as soon as possible. 

Certain items cannot be returned, such as perishables, headwear or products that have been customised. 

To exchange the quickest way is to return the original item and make a separate order for the new item.

Once we receive and approve your return, we will notify you.The refund will be automatically issued to your original payment method.

Please note the original shipping fees are non- refundable. Do keep in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process your refund. 

If you cancel an order after it has been fulfilled and sent out you will need to return it to us at your expense before we can issue a refund.
